Terms and Conditions of bet898 – Read Before You Bet

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user ("User"), and the bet898 ("Platform"). By accessing, registering, or using any feature of bet898 — including Sports Betting, poker, live casino, slots, and crash games — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accept these Terms.

Accepting these Terms is required to use the platform. Users under the age of 18 are expressly prohibited from registering or using any bet898 service. The platform reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.

These Terms apply to all services available on bet898, including the website, mobile app for Android and iOS, and any other interface used to access the platform.

To create an account at bet898, the User must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age as of the registration date;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal do Brasil;
• Not be prohibited from participating in betting or gambling activities under any applicable law or regulation;
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at the time of registration;
• Not be an employee, contractor, or first-degree relative of a bet898 employee or contractor.

Each User may hold only an active account at bet898. Creating multiple accounts using the same CPF, email address, phone number, or payment details is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of balances and bonuses.

Bet898 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, such as a government-issued ID, driver's license, proof of address, or a selfie with your document. Failure to submit the requested documents within the given timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension until the matter is resolved.

The User is solely responsible for keeping their account login credentials confidential at bet898 — login, password, and two-factor authentication credentials. The User is responsible for all activity carried out using their credentials, except in proven cases of unauthorized access reported immediately to support.

The account is personal and non-transferable. The following are prohibited:

• Share account credentials with third parties;
• Transfer account ownership to another person;
• Using the account on behalf of third parties or allowing third parties to use it;
• Using the account for commercial purposes, odds arbitrage, or any activity other than personal entertainment.

Deposits: bet898 accepts deposits made exclusively through Brazilian payment methods: Pix, boleto bancário, credit card, debit card, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfers via banks such as Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil. The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20,00. Pix deposits are credited instantly. No deposit method charges any additional fee to the User.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed exclusively via Pix, to the Pix key linked to the CPF registered on the bet898 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00. Approved withdrawals are processed in under 8 seconds. bet898 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals above R$ 5.000,00.

Withdrawals are only released to accounts held in the name of the registered CPF holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not accepted, regardless of family relation or authorization.

Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only the balance resulting from the completion of the bonus rollover can be converted into real funds and requested for withdrawal. Rollover details are covered in Section 7 of this document.

Bet898 may temporarily hold a withdrawal for security verification, anti-money laundering (AML), or KYC purposes. In such cases, the User will be notified and given a set deadline to resolve the matter.

Sports Betting at bet898 are available across more than 40 sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, and international competitions), volleyball, NBB basketball, MMA/UFC, e-sports, tennis, and Formula 1. Confirmed bets are final. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed by the User, except when the Cash Out feature is available for that specific event.

Bet898 reserves the right to:

• Cancel bets in the event of an obvious pricing error (a clearly incorrect odd that does not reflect the real market);
• Suspend markets during live events in the event of a broadcast interruption or in-game incident;
• Limit the maximum stake on any market at any time;
• Cancel bets related to events whose outcome is disputed due to proven irregularity.

If an event is cancelled due to force majeure (postponement, cancellation, or non-completion), bets are refunded at the original staked amount to the account balance, unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.

Cash Out: The Cash Out feature lets you settle a bet before the event ends. The Cash Out value is calculated based on the current odds at the time of the request and may be lower, higher, or equal to the original stake. bet898 does not guarantee Cash Out availability for all events or at all times.

Poker: The poker platform at bet898 offers Texas Hold'em, Pot-Limit Omaha, Sit & Go, MTT, and daily freerolls. The RNG (Random Number Generator) in use is certified by independent audit. The use of game assistance software, bots, or any automated tools at poker tables is strictly prohibited. Collusion between players is also prohibited and subject to account closure and forfeiture of winnings.

Live Casino and slots: All casino games available on bet898 are provided by licensed and audited suppliers. The outcome of each round is determined by a certified RNG. bet898 has no influence over game results.

Winnings resulting from technical errors, system failures, or confirmed game malfunctions are not valid and may be reversed. The User will be notified in the event of a reversal.

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and sport and are displayed in the interface of each table or game on the platform.

The bet898 offers regular bonuses and promotions to registered users, including a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, special odds, and accumulator bonuses. Each promotion has its own specific terms published on the offer page prior to activation.

Rollover (wagering requirement): To convert bonus balance into real, withdrawable funds, the User must meet the rollover requirement specified in each promotion. The rollover indicates how many times the bonus amount must be wagered. Example: a R$ 100.00 bonus with a 5x rollover requires R$ 500.00 in qualifying bets before a withdrawal can be made.

• Cancelled bets, void bets, and fully cashed-out bets do not count toward the rollover;
• Bets with odds below 1.50 generally do not count toward the rollover — check the conditions of each promotion;
• Each bonus has an expiration date. Any unused bonus balance that remains after the deadline is automatically cancelled;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or combined, unless expressly stated in the promotion's terms and conditions;
• Bet898 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if promotion abuse or a breach of these Terms is suspected.

The welcome bonus is valid for the first deposit only, per registered CPF. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus through multiple accounts constitutes fraud and will result in account closure and balance forfeiture.

The bet898 believes that betting and gaming should be a source of entertainment, not financial or emotional pressure. That's why it offers responsible gambling tools accessible directly from the User's account:

• Deposit limits: Users can set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits. Once lowered, the limit takes effect immediately. To increase a limit, a 7-day cooling-off period applies;
• Session time limit: Set alerts or time limits for your platform usage per session;
• Temporary self-exclusion: Break options of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, or 6 months;
• Permanent self-exclusion: Permanent account closure, with no possibility of reversal;
• Full history: Access to a detailed history of bets, deposits, withdrawals, and sessions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bet898 the following conduct:

• Use of bots, automation software, scripts, or any tool that simulates human actions on the platform;
• Collusion between players at poker tables or in any other game;
• Bonus abuse: creating fake accounts, using third-party details, or placing coordinated bets to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk;
• Money laundering or any other illicit financial activity conducted through the platform;
• Manipulation of sporting events on which the User has placed bets;
• Accessing the platform via VPN or geolocation-masking tools to bypass access restrictions;
• Use of insider information about sporting events to gain an unfair advantage in betting;
• Any form of fraud, identity falsification, or submission of false information to bet898.

A detbet898 continuously monitors for suspicious activity. If prohibited conduct is detected, the account may be immediately suspended or closed, the balance may be confiscated, and the case may be reported to the relevant authorities.

The User may close their account at bet898 at any time, either temporarily (self-exclusion) or permanently, by accessing your account settings or by requesting it through support via live chat, email, or WhatsApp.

In the event of voluntary closure with no pending issues, the real balance available in the account (excluding any unconverted bonus balance) will be processed for withdrawal via Pix within up to 5 business days.

Bet898 reserves the right to unilaterally close or suspend any account in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions;
• Detection of fraud, prohibited conduct, or suspicious activity;
• Providing false information during registration or in verification documents;
• Failure to comply with applicable legal obligations;
• By order of a competent authority.

In cases of closure due to a Terms violation, bet898 may hold the available balance during the investigation period. The User will be notified of the reason for closure and will have the right to appeal through the support channel.

The bet898 collects and processes Users' personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13.709/2018). Collected data is used exclusively for:

• Account management and identity verification;
• Processing deposits and withdrawals;
• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations (KYC, AML);
• Communications about services, promotions, and platform updates (with the option to unsubscribe at any time);
• Fraud prevention and platform security.

Bet898 does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with service providers involved in platform operations (payment processors, identity verification providers), always under confidentiality agreements.

• Financial losses resulting from bets placed voluntarily by the User;
• Temporary service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events;
• Deposit delays caused by temporary unavailability of the Brazilian banking system (including Pix);
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to the User's account due to the User's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials;
• Betting decisions made based on information from third parties or analyses external to the platform.

Bet898's total liability to the User, under any circumstances, is limited to the balance available in the User's account at the time of the event that gave rise to the loss.

Bet898 does not guarantee profits in any form of betting or gaming. All activities on the platform carry a risk of financial loss.

The bet898 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect regulatory, product, or operational changes. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users at least 7 calendar days before the effective date.

The date of the last update is always displayed at the top of this document. Minor changes — such as spelling corrections or formatting adjustments that do not affect the substantive content — may be made without prior notice.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If the User does not agree with the changes, they must close their account before the effective date and request a withdrawal of their available balance.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute between the User and bet898 arising from the use of the platform will be submitted first to amicable resolution mechanisms, with bet898 support as the initial point of contact.

If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to submit any disputes to the courts of the city of São Paulo — SP, expressly waiving the right to any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
